There are two rooms available
for hire at Bexley Park Sports and social club.
Our main room
can hold up to 160 people standing or 120 seated. Included in the
room hire is the use of round tables and gold gilt chairs, private
use of our recently refurbished lounge area that consist of leather
sofas with a cosy front room feel and private bar area.
Our smaller room
is suitable for up to 70 people cinema style and up to 50 sit down.
The room has air conditioning and houses an amplifier, projector and
screen with WiFi connection. This smaller room is also perfect for
conferences or funerals with suitable menus available. There is a
portable bar if alcohol is required that can be hired when booking.
A set up service is available
on both rooms. Please see below.
Both rooms need to be
cleared down at the end of the evening. The room must be put back
into order as it was found when hired. A clear down service is available
saving you the hard work at the end of your event. Please see below.
